Kothamangalam Marthoman Cheria Pally Case: Hon. High Court division bench held that the appeal submitted by Jacobite faction against favourable decree of Kothamangalam Marthoman Cheria Pally to Orthodox Church, is not maintainable. Orthodox Church can proceed the execution proceedings.
